Reserve A Distributor Hospitality Booth

All are welcome to coordinate a private space with our event venues t host clients. VAPPA does not participate in those third-party arrangements. 

However, VAPPA does offer all Distributor members an invitation to reserve a hospitality booth at the VAPPA Spring EXPO. It is a opportunity to have a private space for your clients at a fraction of the cost.

Perhaps you saw a sample booth set up at the VAPPA Fall Showcase last year? If you missed it, a hospitality booth is a pipe and drape private space (approx 12 - 18 feet) that holds a round table and chairs for you to greet your clients away from  the show floor.

• your clients will be directed to your private space after picking up their badges
• Greet clients 
• Meet during show hours to discuss project
• Catering can be provided in these spaces and the hotels will be happy to help you customize what your menu.
