Richmond on March 20 - Hilton Hotel and Spa, 12042 W. Broad Street:
TABLES:
- 1 table: $550; 2 tables: $675; 3 tables: $850; 4 tables: $975; 5 tables: $1200
POP UP SPACE:
- 1 - 10' space + 8' table: $575; 2 - 10' spaces + 2 - 8' tables: $1125
Both Shows are End Buyer Friendly
Breakfast and Lunch will be served to exhibitors in each location
Richmond event has a small increase that reflects pre-pandemic pricing and increases in the cost of the venue
VAPPA's Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:
All Exhibitor Invoices must be paid in full by February 29.
Cancellation more than 10 days prior to the event: No Refunds, amount paid will be rolled into next event
Cancellation less than 10 days prior to the event: no roll over of payment or refunds without full VAPPA Board approval.
Any Credit Card processing fees paid during initial registration will not be refunded.
