Breakfast, NOT LUNCH, will be served to Exhibitors, so you won't have to leave your displays during the lunch crunch!
VAPPA's Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:
All Exhibitor Invoices must be paid in full by September 20th.
Cancellation more than 10 days prior to the event: No Refunds, amount paid will be rolled into next event
Cancellation less than 10 days prior to the event: no roll over of payment or refunds without full VAPPA Board approval.
Any Credit Card processing fees paid during initial registration will not be refunded.
